We love to bake. Our head baker, Emin, came to London from Cyprus 40 years ago. He was taught traditional Cypriot baking methods by his father in law and has been using them ever since. With his son, Adam now also a member of the team, the bakers are continuing to provide the people of London with delicious treats from safely guarded recipes.
